Scheduling Policy

As our valued guest, you are our primary focus. We strive to accommodate your individual needs and schedule when you desire a spa service. If we do not have an appointment time available that is convenient for you, then we will be happy to place you on a waiting list to be contacted in the event that another client cancels during your preferred service time.

If you are seeking a same day or last minute appointment due to an unforeseen reason and find that our schedule is full, then we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our therapist are extremely customer-centric and are often willing to extend their work schedule or to come in on an off-day when such a need is warranted.

Cancellation Policy

Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least a 24-hour advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand that conflicts arise and plans can change with little or no notice. However, if you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Keep in mind that refunds may not be possible should you cancel on the same day as your appointment.

Last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of each scheduled service, not to exceed $30 per service. All group bookings require a 48-hour notice for cancellation and the above fee structure applies.

Hygiene

Good hygiene is appreciated by your therapists and we ask that you refrain from arriving to your appointment directly from the gym, or other strenuous activity. Shaving is NOT recommended right before your appointment. Shaving the morning of your appointment is okay, but if you have a morning appointment scheduled, then the night before is preferred. A 24-hour period between shaving and services greatly reduces your risk of irritation or infection from open wounds on the skin..

For women, when it comes to leg shaving and body massages, wraps and/or scrubs, it is usually recommended that you shave at least two hours prior to your appointment. Similar advice is given to men undergoing facials. Having a treatment shortly after shaving can be particularly problematic and cause some level of discomfort or irritation.
