What To Expect

We are so pleased that you have chosen to spend time with us.  We strive to make your visit a relaxing and memorable experience.

The following information will allow you to get to know us better and will assist you in preparing for your visit.

Scheduling Policy

As our valued guest, you are our primary focus. We strive to accommodate your individual needs and schedule when you desire a spa service. If we do not have an appointment time available that is convenient for you, then we will be happy to place you on a waiting list to be contacted in the event that another client cancels during your preferred service time.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least a 24-hour advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand that conflicts arise and plans can change with little or no notice. However, if you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Keep in mind that refunds may not be possible should you cancel on the same day as your appointment.

Last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of each scheduled service. All group bookings require a 48-hour notice for cancellation and the above fee structure applies.
